Eteform.com Ltd provides UK Ltd formation and management services. We are formation agents, not solicitors or accountants — specialist legal/tax advice is the client's responsibility.
2. Order and payment
Prices are in GBP. Companies House fees are separate. Payment is in advance. Refunds: before filing with CH — full; after filing — non-refundable.
3. Client responsibilities
Provide accurate data, complete KYC, and comply with UK law and the law of your country of residence.
4. Delivery times
24–48 business hours typically. Same-day subject to Companies House availability. We do not guarantee government timelines.
5. Annual renewal
Registered Office and Director Address are annual services that renew automatically unless cancelled.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the service. We are not liable for HMRC or Companies House decisions.
7. Governing law
Laws of England & Wales. Disputes: courts of London.
