Formation
LLC or Corporation formation
Pick entity type and state. Government state fees are added on top of the service fee for that state and entity.
- Simple — formation only with an organized follow-up file
- Smart — formation + EIN when eligible + year-1 registered agent
- Expert — the above plus extras such as DBA when shown in the package
Service from $150 — government state fees extra where applicable
State fees are government charges and vary by state and entity. Formation alone does not open a bank or Stripe account.

FAQ
LLC or Corporation?
LLCs are common for non-residents who want simpler governance. Corporations are often preferred when you need a share structure for institutional investment. Final choice is yours with your advisor.
Is Wyoming or Delaware always best?
No. The better state depends on your model, tax posture, banking, and annual duties. Compare on the states page, then confirm in the order.
