Pay & upload
After payment you upload ID and required documents to the document center.
Receive & stay compliant
Download formation papers and EIN when issued, then order annual report or good standing when needed.
Inside the order wizard
Entity & state
LLC or Corporation, state, package, and confirmed registered-agent address.
Company
Name, activity, and mailing address.
Partners
Members or shareholders with percentages and roles.
Account
Sign in or register so the order is tied to your profile.
Payment
Stripe or PayPal in USD with a fee summary before confirm.
After you pay
- The order appears in your dashboard with payment, documents, and filing status.
- Any missing items are requested inside the account — not through an opaque customer portal.
- After issuance, files are uploaded for download from the document center.
- Later you can order annual report, foreign qualification, or good standing from the USA hub.

Where are sign-in and register?
In the header: Sign in or Register. After auth, use /dashboard for orders and documents.
What is /usa/portal?
A legacy link that redirects into your Eteform account. Fulfilment and tracking stay in your dashboard.
Does this change the main UK site?
No. The USA path is isolated under /usa and /usa/en with its own header and footer.
