- What is “your company address”?It is the US street address that appears on your state formation filing for the registered office / service of process line when you choose the full package. You confirm it before checkout; the underlying service provider name is not shown on this page.
- LLC or Corporation — which should I pick?Most non-resident founders start with an LLC (member- or manager-managed). A Corporation fits fundraising or a C/S tax election. You can still change structure notes with support before filing if needed.
- What does the total include?Eteform service for the selected package, the official state fee, and — on the full package — the year-1 company street address fee. Optional add-ons (annual report, foreign qualification, good standing) are extra when selected.
- When do I get an EIN?Formation + EIN and Full packages include the federal EIN application for eligible non-residents. Timing depends on IRS processing after the company exists with the state.
