What you get
We are an ACSP. We prepare form IN01 and file it at Companies House, with the identity check the register requires.

Packages start at £450. The Companies House fee is £100 and is charged separately. Identity verification is £30 for each person who must verify. Formation packages include a London registered office. The certificate and company number usually arrive within 24–48 UK working hours after the file is complete and paid.
From the Founder package we can help prepare a WorldFirst application after the certificate. WorldFirst decides the account. We do not open a bank account and we do not get Stripe to accept the company.

Albanian tax named in the UK treaty
The UK–Albania double taxation agreement was signed in Tirana on 26 March 2013 and entered into force on 30 December 2013. GOV.UK records that it took effect in Albania for income derived on or after 1 January 2014, and in the UK from 6 April 2014 for income tax and capital gains tax, and from 1 April 2014 for corporation tax.

Article 2 of that agreement lists the Albanian taxes it covers: income taxes (tatimet mbi të ardhurat), including company-profit tax, personal income tax and capital-gains tax, the tax on small-business activities, and property tax (taksimi mbi pasurinë). Those are Albanian taxes. The UK certificate does not file them with the Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Tatimeve.
Albania is a party to the Apostille Convention. If an Albanian office later asks for a UK public document, check the HCCH status table and the receiving office’s own instructions before you order legalisation.

Questions
Which Albanian taxes does the UK treaty name?
Income taxes, including company-profit tax and personal income tax, capital gains, the small-business tax, and property tax. GOV.UK publishes the 2013 text.
Does the UK certificate replace a filing with Tatime?
No. We file at Companies House. Albanian tax stays with the tax directorate.
Do you guarantee a bank account or Stripe?
No. WorldFirst, or any other provider, decides under its own rules.
How do I start?
Order when you know who will own the company and who will run it, and the passport spelling is ready.
