How much does it cost to form a company in the UK?
Formation cost has three clear lines: the service package, required £30 identity verification, and the £100 Companies House fee. Eteform offers four service packages from £450 (Starter) to £1,600 (Premium) depending on address privacy and phone answering. Starter checkout total is £580.

Does the package price include the Companies House fees?
On standard packages no: the package fee is separate from the required £30 identity verification and the £100 Companies House fee. Ready-made activity packages display a final price that includes the £100 government fee. Later annual fees such as CS01 are also separate whether you file them yourself or through us.
