Non-residents forming a UK Ltd from the Gulf, Egypt or the Levant; anyone who does not want their personal address on the register; and anyone who needs a British address accepted by banks, Stripe and platforms. It differs from a Director Service Address and from a virtual office for customer parcels.
It is the official point where legal and tax notices are expected to arrive. Lacking a valid UK address blocks formation or exposes the company to later breaches. The address is published on the public register; therefore do not use your family home abroad, or a random address not authorised to receive mail.
We receive correspondence at the agreed address and notify you of documents relevant to the company and tax. Urgent items (such as HMRC mail) are treated with higher priority than marketing post. Scan or physical-forwarding details are set out in the service terms at subscription.
