What you can sell as an agent
- UK company formation (UK Ltd)
- Post-formation UK services: London address, VAT, PAYE, Confirmation Statement, banking/Stripe file guidance, and Apostille legalisation
Level one
Terms and requirements
- Joining is free.
- Manual orders have no platform fee.
- You pay Eteform wholesale (10% off service fees) and bill your client at the price you set.
- Government fees (Companies House) are charged at actual cost only.
- There is no minimum order volume.
- You must follow Eteform’s official pricing and service policies.
Level two
Terms and requirements
- Setup fee: £1,800.
- Integration fee: £2,400.
- Prepaid credit starts from £500.
- Wholesale price: 25% discount.
- Monthly subscription: £149 (waived after 8 successful orders in the month).
- You must operate a technical system able to integrate with the API.
- You must comply with the terms of use and client data protection.
Level three
Terms and requirements
- Setup fee: £3,600.
- After premises verification, register a local company in your country in the name of eteform.com ltd.
- Eteform.com Ltd (UK) receives 40% of profits.
- The country representative receives 60% of profits. That share covers all premises, licence, and other expenses.
- An exclusive published contact office in one country, after premises verification.
- This is not a separate UK legal entity, and not a local ACSP.
- Full compliance with Eteform brand policy and service standards.
