Sales agreement & order processing

This agreement governs your contract with Eteform.com Ltd. Completing payment is your explicit, final, binding acceptance: no service cancellation and no refund of any amounts after payment.

0. Payment = your full acceptance

Once payment succeeds — via Stripe, PayPal or any method shown — you automatically and unconditionally agree to: (a) no cancellation of the order or service after payment; (b) no cash refund in full or in part; (c) Sales agreement, Terms and conditions and Privacy policy.

No separate signature is required: payment itself is your contractual acceptance.

1. Parties

Provider: Eteform.com Ltd (“Eteform”, “we”) — UK formation and compliance services. Customer: you — whoever pays and orders the service. Clicking “Continue to payment” before paying means you have read this agreement and will be bound when you pay.

2. Nature of services and third parties

Our services include — without limitation — UK Limited incorporation, identity verification (ACSP/KYC), registered office and director addresses, annual compliance and administrative support.

Much of this is delivered through or with independent third parties including, for example: Companies House, HMRC, GOV.UK Verify, address providers, accountants and translators, Stripe, PayPal, banks and couriers. Eteform acts as coordinator and service agent, not as a substitute for decisions by those bodies.

Their fees and policies apply alongside this agreement.

3. When fulfilment starts

  • ✓Fulfilment begins immediately on successful payment — not when you later upload documents.
  • ✓We may charge or reserve government fees (such as Companies House) and verification or address fees at once, depending on your package.
  • ✓Staff time, KYC and filing work starts after payment even if you delay uploading your passport or Personal Code.

4. No-refund policy — all sales final

All amounts paid to Eteform — service fees, government fees we collect on your behalf, and add-ons — are final and non-refundable in cash once payment is completed.

No partial or full refund for any reason, including: change of mind; delayed document upload; Companies House rejection; Stripe, PayPal or bank rejection; or no longer needing the service after purchase.

5. Cancellation policy — not permitted after payment

No cancellation of the service or order is accepted after payment is completed. Only before payment can you withdraw without charge if nothing has been taken. After payment, every cancellation request is declined without exception. Our continued filing or KYC work does not give you a right to cancel or refund.

6. Government and third-party fees

  • ✓Companies House fees (e.g. £50 or the USD equivalent shown on site) are paid to the government or via us as agent; once submitted or reserved they are generally not refunded by Eteform or Companies House.
  • ✓Stripe, PayPal and FX fees are charged by payment networks — we do not control their refunds.
  • ✓Annual address and compliance services bill on their cycle; the first payment for an annual package is subject to the same no-refund policy.

7. Rejection or delay

If a company name is rejected, identity verification fails or you fail to supply documents, we will — within your package — work on corrections and resubmission where possible, without any obligation to refund. Resubmission is not a free new order if government fees or extra resources have been used.

Eteform is not responsible for official Companies House or HMRC timelines.

8. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Raising a bank, PayPal or Stripe dispute or chargeback after service has started or been delivered is a breach of this agreement. We may suspend your account, stop active orders, recover non-refundable third-party costs and administrative fees, and pursue legal remedies where permitted.

9. No obligation to offer cash alternatives

Eteform is not obliged to offer credit, alternatives or cash compensation for any paid order. Any non-cash concession — if ever given — is at our sole discretion and creates no right or precedent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eteform’s total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid us for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (lost profits, business opportunities, Stripe rejection, bank account closure).

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be referred to the courts of England.

12. Changes

We may update this agreement. The version published at Sales agreement at the time of your payment applies to your order. Questions before payment: start@eteform.com or Contact us.

13. Final acknowledgement

By completing payment I confirm I have read Sales agreement, Terms and conditions and Privacy policy, and that payment is my explicit acceptance of no cancellation and no refund after payment, and that services are delivered through third parties whose fees are non-refundable.

How does UK company formation work? Steps and timeline

Forming a UK Limited (Ltd) company at Companies House requires no travel, no UK residency, and no minimum share capital. You choose an available company name, appoint at least one director and shareholder (they can be the same person), provide a UK registered office address, and describe your activity with official SIC codes. Once submitted, the Certificate of Incorporation and your company number are usually issued within 24–48 working hours, with the memorandum, articles of association, and share register delivered digitally. How much does it cost to form a UK company?

UK Ltd formation service fees start from $299 across six packages, with the $135 Companies House government fee shown as a separate line. Higher tiers add a London registered office, director privacy, VAT/PAYE, or Apostille depending on the package — see live totals on pricing.

After formation: taxes and annual filings

After incorporation your company must register for Corporation Tax with HMRC and obtain its UTR within three months of trading — we handle this from £75. If your taxable turnover crosses the registration threshold, or you need a VAT number for suppliers and payment gateways, we register VAT from £75, and set up PAYE payroll if you employ yourself or staff.

Every year the company files a confirmation statement (CS01) and annual accounts with Companies House — even dormant companies must file dormant accounts (from £60). Registered office and London virtual office

Every UK company needs a registered office in the UK where official mail from Companies House and HMRC is received. We provide a London registered office from $69/year with official mail scanned and forwarded digitally, plus a director service address from £35 so your home address never appears on the public register.

For a broader commercial presence, the virtual office from $69/year adds a trading address for mail, while the real commercial address (tenancy) provides a defined Central London suite with a Commercial Tenancy Agreement in your company name — the file banks and payment gateways typically need for KYC.

Business banking and payment gateways for non-residents
