UK Ltd formation for Bookkeeping — what to expect
A UK Private Limited Company (Ltd) is a separate legal entity registered at Companies House. Non-resident founders can form one remotely through structured identity verification support. Eteform handles the filing and checks in 24–48 working hours. Four service packages start from £450; add £30 identity verification and a separate £100 Companies House fee.
After incorporation you receive a CRN and digital documents. Many founders then open Wise Business or Revolut Business, set a London registered office if needed, and prepare for Stripe, Shopify or Amazon using matching company details. Annual duties typically include the Confirmation Statement (CS01), accounts, and Corporation Tax registration with HMRC when trading starts. Dormant companies still have lighter filing duties — they are not a full exemption from Companies House.
UK company formation does not grant UK residency or a visa. Eteform delivers legal, complete execution with a correctly filed, transparent entity and Arabic support from order to certificate, plus a clear file for bank or payment-gateway applications. Compare packages, read the formation guide, or start your order with clear pricing.

Why form a UK company for this activity?
What the office can invoice after formation
The company makes bookkeeping billable. A statutory audit stays with whoever is licensed to give it. These are bookkeeping examples, not audit opinions:
What you sell, and what stays with a licensed accountant
The product is the office’s time: ledgers, reports, and a prepared file. A UK audit opinion, a formal tax filing that needs local registration, and UK professional-body membership sit outside this package unless you already hold them.
The professional limit
Companies House registration is commercial. It does not make you a chartered accountant in England and Wales, give ICAEW or ACCA membership, or authorise a UK audit certificate. If your home country requires a local licence for bookkeeping, the UK company does not replace it. We review the name so it does not imply a statutory auditor; words such as Auditor or Chartered Accountant are often refused or delayed without proof of status.
The London address
The registered office is for mail, invoices and the public register. The director service address keeps the home address private. Neither address is an office that receives tax papers on behalf of HMRC.
