UK company registration from Cameroon
Form your UK company without the hassle of travel.
What you get
We are an ACSP. We prepare form IN01 and file it at Companies House, with the identity check the register requires.

Packages start at £450. The Companies House fee is £100 and is charged separately. Identity verification is £30 for each person who must verify. Formation packages include a London registered office. The certificate and company number usually arrive within 24–48 UK working hours after the file is complete and paid.
From the Founder package we can help prepare a WorldFirst application after the certificate. WorldFirst decides the account. We do not open a bank account and we do not get Stripe to accept the company.

Identity card, tax office, and a UK public document
For a person living in Cameroon, the usual identity document beside the passport is the carte nationale d’identité. Proof of address is a recent utility bill or bank statement that shows the name and the address in Cameroon. We do not accept a company extract from another country as a substitute for that personal address.
Cameroon’s Direction Générale des Impôts collects domestic tax. A Companies House certificate does not submit a Cameroon tax return and does not move funds through the CFA franc system. If you pay our sterling invoice from a Cameroon bank, the bank applies its own foreign-exchange steps.
If a Cameroon office later asks for a UK public document, ask that office which chain it wants. The practical routes are an apostille, where the HCCH status table shows the convention applies between the two sides, or legalisation at the FCDO.

GOV.UK’s tax-treaty index is the place to see whether a UK–Cameroon treaty text is published. We do not describe a treaty that is not on that page.

We copy your name as the passport prints it. We can talk this through in English and in French.

Questions
Will the UK certificate file my tax in Cameroon?
No. Domestic tax stays with the Direction Générale des Impôts.
What if a Cameroon office wants the UK certificate legalised?
Ask that office first. Then use the HCCH table or FCDO legalisation, whichever chain they name.
Do you guarantee a bank account or Stripe?
No. The provider decides.
How do I start?
Order when the owners, the directors and the passport spelling are settled.
