Tulumaks, and why an e-resident card is the wrong document
The UK–Estonia convention was signed on 12 May 1994 and entered into force on 19 December 1994. It takes effect in Estonia from 1 January 1995. In the UK it takes effect from 6 April 1995 for income tax and capital gains tax, and from 1 April 1995 for corporation tax.

Article 2 names one Estonian tax: the income tax (tulumaks). The Estonian Tax and Customs Board (Maksu- ja Tolliamet) assesses it. A Companies House certificate does not file a tuludeklaratsioon.
For a person living in Estonia, the identity document beside the passport is the Estonian identity card (isikutunnistus). An e-resident digital ID is a different card, issued to people who do not live in Estonia. We do not apply for e-residency, and we do not treat an e-resident card as proof that you live in Estonia. Address proof for a resident is a recent electricity or water bill, or a bank statement, showing the name and an Estonian address.
We copy the passport spelling. Follow-up can be in English and in Estonian.
What you get
We are an ACSP. We prepare form IN01 and file it at Companies House, with the identity check the register requires.

Packages start at £450. The Companies House fee is £100 and is charged separately. Identity verification is £30 for each person who must verify. Formation packages include a London registered office. The certificate and company number usually arrive within 24–48 UK working hours after the file is complete and paid.
From the Founder package we can help prepare a WorldFirst application after the certificate. WorldFirst decides the account. We do not open a bank account and we do not get Stripe to accept the company.

Questions
Does the convention name more than one Estonian tax?
Article 2 names tulumaks. Later identical or similar taxes can fall in by the article’s own wording. Read the text rather than adding taxes that are not there.
Do you arrange Estonian e-residency?
No. E-residency is an Estonian programme. It is not a Companies House filing.
Do you guarantee a bank account or Stripe?
No. The provider decides.
How do I start?
Order when the owners, the directors and the passport spelling are settled.
