UK company registration from Senegal
Form your UK company without the hassle of travel.
What you get
We are an ACSP. We prepare form IN01 and file it at Companies House, with the identity check the register requires.

Packages start at £450. The Companies House fee is £100 and is charged separately. Identity verification is £30 for each person who must verify. Formation packages include a London registered office. The certificate and company number usually arrive within 24–48 UK working hours after the file is complete and paid.
From the Founder package we can help prepare a WorldFirst application after the certificate. WorldFirst decides the account. We do not open a bank account and we do not get Stripe to accept the company.

CEDEAO identity card and the tax directorate
Senegal issues a biometric national identity card under the CEDEAO format. For a resident, that card — with the passport — is the identity set we expect, not a foreign residence permit from another country. Address proof should show a Senegalese address: a recent Senelec or water bill, or a bank statement from a bank in Senegal.
The Direction générale des impôts et domaines (DGID) administers Senegalese tax. Paying our sterling invoice does not register you there. If your Senegalese bank must convert CFA francs to pay the invoice, that conversion is the bank’s process, under BCEAO rules, and it is separate from the Companies House filing.
Before you rely on an apostille for a UK document that a Senegalese office wants, read the HCCH status table, including any objection note, and ask the receiving office what it accepts.

We copy your name as the passport prints it. We can talk this through in English and in French.

Questions
Is a Senelec bill enough for the address?
A recent bill in your name, showing the address in Senegal, is the usual proof. A statement from a bank in Senegal can stand in the same place.
Does the UK certificate file tax with the DGID?
No.
Do you guarantee a bank account or Stripe?
No. The provider decides.
How do I start?
Order when the owners, the directors and the passport spelling are settled.
