No UK treaty, and the TRA still assesses income tax
HMRC’s Double Taxation Relief Manual states that there is no double taxation agreement between the United Kingdom and Tanzania. The same manual lists Tanzanian income tax and partnership tax as admissible for unilateral relief. That is an HMRC relief category. It is not a treaty, and it is not something we claim for you.

The Tanzania Revenue Authority assesses Tanzanian tax, including income tax. A Companies House certificate does not file a return with the TRA, and it does not move shillings through a Tanzanian bank.
For a resident, the national identity card issued through NIDA accompanies the passport. Address proof should show a Tanzanian address: a recent TANESCO or water bill, or a statement from a bank in Tanzania.
We copy the passport spelling. Follow-up can be in English and in Swahili.
What you get
We are an ACSP. We prepare form IN01 and file it at Companies House, with the identity check the register requires.

Packages start at £450. The Companies House fee is £100 and is charged separately. Identity verification is £30 for each person who must verify. Formation packages include a London registered office. The certificate and company number usually arrive within 24–48 UK working hours after the file is complete and paid.
From the Founder package we can help prepare a WorldFirst application after the certificate. WorldFirst decides the account. We do not open a bank account and we do not get Stripe to accept the company.

Do you guarantee a bank account or Stripe?
No. The provider decides.
