Scope of service
We provide company formation, compliance, address and related services through authorised agents and partners where required. Final approval of company registration rests with Companies House, an independent government body.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling or US dollars as displayed on the site. Government fees (such as Companies House and HMRC) are separate and are generally non-refundable by the government once filed. Completing payment constitutes acceptance of Sales agreement and Terms and conditions.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information and documents you provide. Misleading information may lead to registration being refused or the service being stopped with no obligation to refund.
Cancellation and refunds
Completing payment means you agree to no service cancellation and no refund of any amounts after payment. No cash refund and no order cancellation after payment. Full details in Sales agreement.
