UK company registration from Finland
Form your UK company without the hassle of travel.
What you get
We are an ACSP. We prepare form IN01 and file it at Companies House, with the identity check the register requires.

Packages start at £450. The Companies House fee is £100 and is charged separately. Identity verification is £30 for each person who must verify. Formation packages include a London registered office. The certificate and company number usually arrive within 24–48 UK working hours after the file is complete and paid.
From the Founder package we can help prepare a WorldFirst application after the certificate. WorldFirst decides the account. We do not open a bank account and we do not get Stripe to accept the company.

Residence and worldwide income at Vero
The Finnish Tax Administration (Vero) explains residence for natural persons under the Income Tax Act (tuloverolaki 1535/1992). A person who lives in Finland is a resident taxpayer and pays Finnish tax on income earned in Finland and on income earned in other countries. A person who lives elsewhere is a non-resident taxpayer and is taxed in Finland on Finnish-source income.
Section 11 of that Act, as Vero summarises it, treats you as living in Finland if your main abode and home are there, and also if you stay in Finland for more than six months. A UK certificate of incorporation does not decide that test, and it does not file your Finnish return.
GOV.UK publishes the UK’s tax-treaty materials for Finland. Where a treaty applies, it allocates taxing rights. It does not replace Vero’s assessment.

Finland is a party to the Apostille Convention. If a Finnish authority later asks for a UK public document, follow that authority’s instruction and the HCCH status table.

We copy your name as the passport prints it. We can talk this through in English and in Finnish.

Questions
Does a UK company change whether Vero treats me as resident?
No. Vero applies the Income Tax Act: home in Finland, or a stay of more than six months. Ask a Finnish adviser how dividends or salary from the UK company sit on your return.
Is there a UK–Finland tax treaty?
GOV.UK lists Finland among its tax-treaty publications. The treaty does not file the return for you.
Do you guarantee a bank account or Stripe?
No. The provider decides.
How do I start?
Order when the owners, the directors and the passport spelling are settled.
