Two Lithuanian taxes in the Vilnius convention
The UK–Lithuania convention was signed in Vilnius on 19 March 2001. A protocol was signed on 15 May 2002. GOV.UK records that the convention entered into force on 28 November 2002, with effect in Lithuania from 1 January 2002, and in the UK from 6 April 2002 for income tax and capital gains tax and from 1 April 2002 for corporation tax.

Article 2 names two Lithuanian taxes: the tax on profits of legal persons (juridinių asmenų pelno mokestis) and the tax on income of natural persons (fizinių asmenų pajamų mokestis). The State Tax Inspectorate (Valstybinė mokesčių inspekcija) assesses Lithuanian tax. A Companies House certificate does not file either return.
A resident’s asmens tapatybės kortelė accompanies the passport. Address proof is a recent electricity or heating bill, or a bank statement, showing the name and a Lithuanian address. The Register of Legal Entities (Juridinių asmenų registras) is Lithuania’s own register. Our filing is form IN01.
We copy the passport spelling. Follow-up can be in English and in Lithuanian.
What you get
We are an ACSP. We prepare form IN01 and file it at Companies House, with the identity check the register requires.

Packages start at £450. The Companies House fee is £100 and is charged separately. Identity verification is £30 for each person who must verify. Formation packages include a London registered office. The certificate and company number usually arrive within 24–48 UK working hours after the file is complete and paid.
From the Founder package we can help prepare a WorldFirst application after the certificate. WorldFirst decides the account. We do not open a bank account and we do not get Stripe to accept the company.
