The four Luxembourg taxes in the 2022 convention
The UK–Luxembourg double taxation convention was signed on 7 June 2022 and entered into force on 22 November 2023. GOV.UK records that it takes effect in Luxembourg from 1 January 2024, for tax withheld at source and for other taxes on income.

Article 2 names the Luxembourg taxes it covers: the income tax on individuals (l’impôt sur le revenu des personnes physiques), the corporation tax (l’impôt sur le revenu des collectivités), the capital tax (l’impôt sur la fortune) and the communal trade tax (l’impôt commercial communal). Those are assessed by the Luxembourg tax offices, including the Administration des contributions directes. A Companies House certificate does not file them.

Your Luxembourg identity card (carte d’identité) sits with the passport for a resident. A recent bill from a supplier in Luxembourg, showing your name and address, is the address proof. The Registre de commerce et des sociétés is Luxembourg’s own company register. Our filing is the UK form IN01, not an RCS filing.
We copy the passport spelling. Follow-up can be in English and in French.
What you get
We are an ACSP. We prepare form IN01 and file it at Companies House, with the identity check the register requires.

Packages start at £450. The Companies House fee is £100 and is charged separately. Identity verification is £30 for each person who must verify. Formation packages include a London registered office. The certificate and company number usually arrive within 24–48 UK working hours after the file is complete and paid.
From the Founder package we can help prepare a WorldFirst application after the certificate. WorldFirst decides the account. We do not open a bank account and we do not get Stripe to accept the company.
