SI 1993/1802, and the Uganda Revenue Authority
HMRC’s manual records a comprehensive UK–Uganda agreement, SI 1993/1802. It has effect in the United Kingdom for income tax and capital gains tax from 1994–95 and for corporation tax from 1 April 1994. In Uganda it has effect for taxable years beginning on or after 1 January 1994. The taxes it names are in that statutory instrument, not in a template shared with Kenya or Tanzania. Read the Uganda text.

The Uganda Revenue Authority assesses Ugandan tax. A Companies House certificate does not file a return with the URA and does not pay tax in Ugandan shillings. A TIN issued by the URA is a Ugandan tax number. It is not a UK company number.
For a resident, the national identity card issued through NIRA accompanies the passport. Address proof should show a Ugandan address: a recent Umeme electricity bill, a water bill, or a statement from a bank in Uganda.
English is official. Swahili is also named for follow-up, and the Swahili page is written separately.
What you get
We are an ACSP. We prepare form IN01 and file it at Companies House, with the identity check the register requires.

Packages start at £450. The Companies House fee is £100 and is charged separately. Identity verification is £30 for each person who must verify. Formation packages include a London registered office. The certificate and company number usually arrive within 24–48 UK working hours after the file is complete and paid.
From the Founder package we can help prepare a WorldFirst application after the certificate. WorldFirst decides the account. We do not open a bank account and we do not get Stripe to accept the company.

Questions
Where do I read which Ugandan taxes the agreement names?
In SI 1993/1802, published through the Uganda treaty page on GOV.UK. Do not borrow the list from another country’s page.
Does a URA TIN replace the UK company number?
No. They are numbers from two different offices.
Do you guarantee a bank account or Stripe?
No. The provider decides.
How do I start?
Order when the owners, the directors and the passport spelling are settled.
