The 2014 agreement replaced the 1972 text
HMRC records the current agreement as signed on 4 February 2014, SI 2014 No. 1876, entered into force on 20 July 2015. It has effect in Zambia from 1 January 2016, and in the United Kingdom from 1 January 2016 for withholding taxes and for other taxes. A previous agreement, SI 1972 No. 1721, and an amending protocol, SI 1981/1816, applied only until those 2016 dates. If an older note still cites the 1972 text, it is describing the agreement that this one replaced.

The taxes the 2014 agreement names are in that text. The Zambia Revenue Authority assesses Zambian tax. A Companies House certificate does not file a Zambian return and does not issue a TPIN. A TPIN is the ZRA taxpayer number. It is not the UK company number.
A resident’s National Registration Card accompanies the passport. Address proof should show a Zambian address: a recent ZESCO bill, a water bill, or a statement from a bank in Zambia. English is an official language, so this page is the local-language page. Our invoice is in sterling, not kwacha.
What you get
We are an ACSP. We prepare form IN01 and file it at Companies House, with the identity check the register requires.

Packages start at £450. The Companies House fee is £100 and is charged separately. Identity verification is £30 for each person who must verify. Formation packages include a London registered office. The certificate and company number usually arrive within 24–48 UK working hours after the file is complete and paid.
From the Founder package we can help prepare a WorldFirst application after the certificate. WorldFirst decides the account. We do not open a bank account and we do not get Stripe to accept the company.
