An effective date that sits before entry into force
HMRC records a comprehensive UK–Zimbabwe agreement, SI 1982/1842. It entered into force on 11 February 1983. HMRC states the effective date for Zimbabwean tax as 1 April 1981, and for the United Kingdom as 6 April 1981 for income tax and capital gains tax and 1 April 1981 for corporation tax. The effective date is earlier than the entry-into-force date. That is how this instrument is written. It is not the same pattern as the Zambian 2014 agreement, and it is not the Namibian 1962 arrangement.

The Zimbabwe taxes named in that agreement are in the SI. The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority assesses Zimbabwean tax. A Companies House certificate does not file a Zimbabwean return and does not issue a TIN. Pay-as-you-earn and other domestic charges stay with ZIMRA.
A resident’s national identity card accompanies the passport. Address proof should show a Zimbabwean address: a recent ZESA bill, a municipal water bill, or a statement from a bank in Zimbabwe. English is an official language, so this page is the local-language page. Our invoice is in sterling, not Zimbabwean dollars.
What you get
We are an ACSP. We prepare form IN01 and file it at Companies House, with the identity check the register requires.

Packages start at £450. The Companies House fee is £100 and is charged separately. Identity verification is £30 for each person who must verify. Formation packages include a London registered office. The certificate and company number usually arrive within 24–48 UK working hours after the file is complete and paid.
From the Founder package we can help prepare a WorldFirst application after the certificate. WorldFirst decides the account. We do not open a bank account and we do not get Stripe to accept the company.

Does the UK certificate file with ZIMRA?
No.
Do you guarantee a bank account or Stripe?
No. The provider decides.
