Short answer: same UK Ltd company. Standard packages are flexible service tiers with a separate £100 fee. Activity packages are niche-ready bundles with the fee already in the final price.

FAQ: standard vs activity
What’s the difference in one line?
Standard = you pick a service tier (formation only or with addresses/tax); £100 fee is separate. Activity = a field-ready bundle (Amazon, Stripe, tourism…); final price includes the fee plus a 10% service discount.
Is the company type different?
No. Both register a Private Limited Company at Companies House via an ACSP. The difference is the package bundling — not the company type.
When should I choose a standard package?
When you know your needs (e.g. formation + address only), your niche isn’t listed as a ready package, or you prefer adding store services step by step.
When should I choose an activity package?
When your field is clear (Stripe, Amazon, YouTube, tourism, gold…) and you want a documents list, SIC/scope guidance, and a ready bundle without DIY assembly.
Can I combine both paths in one order?
Not in the same order. Pick one path. You can still buy add-on services from the store after formation.
